This is a comprehensive world trade law website. Anyone can do a full-text search of all GATT/WTO Panel and Appellate Body reports, arbitration awards, and decisions. They also have freely available lists of and basic information on those items, as well as subject-matter pages on anti-dumping, ATC, safeguards, SPS, subsides/countervailing duties, trade in services, and TRIPS.
