			<title>Wings of Excellence Award</title>
			<link>http://www.stgallen-symposium.org/leaders_of_tomorrow/student_award/competition.htm</link> 			<description>Ever since its beginnings almost 40 years ago, the St. Gallen Symposium has been conceived, planned and organised by the International Students&apos; Committee (ISC) St. Gallen. Since 1974 the St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies assists the ISC-Team in its task of developing the conceptual framework and content, and also plays its part in the strategic development of the St. Gallen Symposium.
Every year, the competition for the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award offers university students throughout the world the unique opportunity to take part in the St. Gallen Symposium. Students enter into a challenging exchange of ideas with today?s global leaders about the pressing economic and societal questions of our time. Competitors are invited to submit their thoughts and visions on the theme of the St. Gallen Symposium.
The authors of the 100 best contributions will be invited to Switzerland to add their own perspective to the St. Gallen Symposium ? in the company of 600 entrepreneurs, top managers, politicians and scientists from more than 60 nations. The most outstanding pieces of work will receive the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award, which is endowed with a EUR 20,000.? prize, and will be presented to the audience by their authors.
Within the framework of the theme, &quot;Entrepreneurs:  Agents of Change,&quot; participants will contribute their visions and entrepreneurial ideas to the current topic and one of the subtopics below. Contributions may be an essay, a scenario, a project report or proposal, a multimedia presentation or an entrepreneurial concept.

			<title>Daniel T. Murphy Student Writing Competition</title>

Murphy who has been with the University of Richmond School of Law since 1976. As the cornerstone of international law at Richmond, the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business chose to name this competition after him to honor the years of extraordinary work and dedication he has put forth to the students, the school, and our Journal.The Daniel T. Murphy Student Writing Competition is intended to foster knowledge and scholarly work by students on specific areas of the Law of the WTO.
The topic of this year?s competition is WTO Treatment of Developed and Developing Countries. All entries must pertain to timely legal issues concerning developed and/or developing countries and the WTO.
